This is a reworked 1940s/50s WW2 kitbag with original stencils detailing the service personnel name - Corporal Goulty - rank and military number.
The sturdy bag fabric incorporates historical wear and tear with original patina, stitch holes and a few original mends which have been kept as a record of its time in service.
This bag is the perfect size for every day use or short trips.
The bag has two fastenings: an internal full length zip top to keep belongings safe inside - and an outer flap which is fastened with two brass buckles.
The bag is fully lined in cotton French ticking stripe with a large internal zipped pocket which will comfortably hold a phone and wallet.

Full length leather crossbody strap which can be altered in length with a brass slider.
Sturdy antiqued vegetable tanned leather strap and buckle fasteners.
