Please note that customers will be responsible for all postage costs when returning items.
Please return goods with a tracked delivery as we are unable to refund until we have received the item.
EUROPE, USA AND THE REST OF THE WORLD
If you are returning an order from outside the UK, please ensure the package is clearly marked with 'RETURNED GOODS'. (Please note that if these words aren't on the package, we will be charged customs duty which will be deducted from your refund.)
CUSTOM / BESPOKE ORDERS
Please note that we are unable to give refunds on custom / bespoke orders.
